Design
Thanks to its own staff of experienced and highly qualified engineers, "Polimerstroy-AS" can independently design any product at the customer's request.
When making calculations, we take into account absolutely all factors necessary for the operation and maintenance of the required equipment.
Our designers, based on the data received, make calculations and determine all the parameters for each unit of equipment.

Manufacture
After receiving the design documentation, we proceed directly to the production of equipment. Our laboratory continuously monitors all stages of production and the quality of the manufactured equipment.
In our work, we use only high-quality polymer materials from leading global manufacturers, for example:
Reichhold and DSM Composite Resins.
Our plant has two separate assembly shops and several production sections, due to which we can quickly implement even very large orders from our customers.
We are a mobile enterprise. In case of ordering large-sized and oversized equipment that cannot be delivered assembled. We produce sections at the plant, which are finally assembled by us, already at the installation (operation) site.

Companies from Russia and Europe (Germany, Finland, Latvia) often contacted us for the production of their own original equipment under their own brand (private label).

Delivery
Our unique location (2 km from the river port on the Neva, and 1 km from the railway station) allows us to quickly deliver throughout Russia and the CIS countries.
"Polimerstroy-AS" is the only company in the Russian Federation that uses three types of transport for delivery:
We always use all opportunities to optimize logistics, and can use delivery by one type of transport, or all three in combination.

We always offer our customers installation work by our own company, which significantly reduces initial capital expenses.
